Depends on the definition of a primate .......
The Anglican primates .... The new Primate of Australia, Archbishop Peter Carnley could be a good candidate for the seller in the back seat of a tandem - no whip, you could have fun and singing Onward Christian Soldiers at the summit to give his voice, and communion wine to eat when your mood seems weak will.
