Much depends on the escalator you are using.
If you leave the side of 8th Avenue and turn right and go up to 8 or two blocks to 42nd Street
If you leave the side of 7th Avenue and turn left and go about 9 blocks up to 42 pieces
When you level up the stairs LIRR directly to 34th St, then right onto 7th Avenue (about 1 / 4 slices), and then for 8 blocks to 42nd Street, turn left
