I've heard that there is an emulator for the DS are, and then download Pokemon Diamond / Pearl of a place like dgemu.com
This may not be possible because it is a DS game and not in the GBA emulator or U can say that the GBA version.
Although I have also tried to find, but all my attempts have failed.
